FAQs

  • I only use premium products and start my gel services with a dry European style manicure ensuring nails are clean, tidy, and ready for application.

I am passionate about being cleanly, and all my tools are disinfected with hospital grade disinfectant. All my files and buffers are one time use, or sent home with the client.

I use a pedicure liner, and there are no jets in the tub, ensuring no contamination between clients. Traditional pedicure bowls at your typical salon have stream jets that are typically not sanitized according to regulations.

  • I only use premium products from Japan, Korea, and South Africa (BioSculpture). These countries have stricter regulations on product quality and safety. They are HEMA-free, odor free, and non-toxic. Unlike traditional gel you might find at a nail salon, they are pure gel mixed with cosmetic grade pigment and NOT mixed with polish, which means they last longer and stay true to color.

They do not require intense etching or sanding of the nail prior to application, meaning they are gentler. These gels are catered to different nail types, can can be soaked off or re-filled.

  • The regular polish I use is called Dazzle Dry. It lasts much, much longer than traditional nail polish and fully air dries in 5 minutes. It is applied and removed like regular nail polish.

  • Structured Gel is perfect for people with healthy but naturally weak or bendy nails. It is a gel overlay applied to fill in any gaps, bumps, or for flat nail beds offering greater strength and durability, lasting longer than a gel manicure.

It can be for short nails or long nails, either helping you grow them out or to prevent nails from breaking.
